Palansa Panoramic View

It is a potential natural attraction found in Bila. Located along one of the routes going to Mt. Pulag, the second highest peak in the country. The viewpoint provides a panoramic view of Pigingan and Ta-key rice terraces, the Ambuklao dam and the sunset in the afternoon.
