Binga Dam

This is an existing man-made attraction of the municipality of Itogon. Constructed in 1958 along the Agno River, the dam used to generate 100 megawatts daily, supplying electric power for major parts of Luzon, including Manila. Its powerhouse and reservoir continuously attract visitors who are mostly on educational tour. It also offers scenic views and one can enjoy the beauty of nature with its pristine surroundings. To go there, it takes less than an hour drive from Poblacion, Itogon. It is about 24 kms away from Baguio City.
