Pangilatan Falls

The Provincial Government of Capiz claims that Pangilatan Falls of Tapaz is the most beautiful waterfalls in Panay. Perhaps, it was... at some point in the past. Today, it is in state of neglect, its glory days seem forgotten. Nevertheless, Pangilatan Falls still holds a promise of better days.
