Exceptional Vertical Bivouac
The only activity of its kind in the Philippines, the vertical bivouac is a unique cliff-climbing pursuit where participants do a single-rope technique (also known as SRT) in ascending to a spot on a cliff (called a ledge) where they intend to camp. You may assume that this effort is too lenient, but be aware! As some climbers have attested, “you have to carry your own weight, step up on footholds, and slowly inch your way up the 150-meter high cliff wall”.
